Chris has been a member of Everyman since 2012 with a brief hiatus when he decided it would be a good idea to try to be a professional actor. “It went as well as you would expect,” he laughs – he realised he much prefers it as a hobby. He’s now back for a sixth time at the festival; his previous appearances include Lysander in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (2013), Grumio in The Taming of the Shrew (2014), Prince of Arragon in The Merchant of Venice (2018), Spike Dixon in Hi-De-Hi! (2019) and Lieutenant George in Blackadder Goes Forth (2022).
