ALEXANDRA WILLIAMS (Elaine / Choreographer)
Alex started in the performing arts at the very young age, studying all three disciplines. She has had the pleasure of working alongside the likes of Ruthie Henshall, Herman Aubrey, Suzanne Crowshaw, Louie Spence and Brian Friedman.
Alex has danced with both the Russia Ballet and the National Ballet of Great Britain, and has been a part of the world-famous Radio City Rockettes in New York.
She has a First Class Honours degree in dance and movement, and has since gained a PGCE specialising in dance. Alex now transfers her love and knowledge to many other students at the Cardiff & Vale College on the Musical Theatre course.
This is Alex’s second show with the Cardiff Open Air Theatre Festival. In addition to her role as Elaine at certain performances of this production, she has also acted as choreographer and intimacy co-ordinator through rehearsals. She has loved being a part of the movement and choreography, and ensuring that everybody feels comfortable as intimacy co-ordinator.
Here’s to a great show.
