The Cardiff Open Air Theatre Festival is back for its Ruby Jubilee – that’s forty years of setting the standard for outdoor theatre in Wales – and we are seeking the heroes who make the Festival happen! From the friendly smiles at front of house to the pint-pulling arms on the bar, from the nifty backstage costume stitching and set painting to the publicity legends spreading the word about the festival, there are dozens of ways to be a part of Wales’ largest open air theatrical event. Whether you’ve been by our side for forty years or are brand new to the Festival, there’s a place for you on the team.
