How do I book tickets?

Our box office is handled by our friends over at Ticketsource. The Box Office opens on the 2 April 2021. Head to their website or call 0333 666 3366.

Where are you based?

The festival in 2021 will be looking a little different, and this year we are going on tour! We will be performing at Insole Court, Cardiff, and Tredegar House, Newport.

For more information about these venues, please click here.

As we are on tour this year, we won’t have our usual Festival Courtyard and covered auditorium. Instead these performances will take place in two beautiful settings, with the stage set up in their gardens.

What happens if it rains?

As we are on tour this year, the audience might get a little wet if it rains! We recommend checking the weather forecast prior to your visit as the ground may get wet or muddy, and we recommend bringing a brolly and a blanket. Please note that we are unable to provide chairs at either venue, so you will need to bring your own.

Any cancellations will be announced as early as possible on our website and social media.

Are seats numbered?

This year seats are not numbered, and you will need to bring your own chair to both venues. We ask that you follow guidance from our front of house volunteers in placing your chairs, and that you do not move them during the performance.

What if it gets cold?

We recommend bringing a few layers as the weather can vary during the festival. We are not able to hire out blankets this year, so make sure to check the forecast and bring one with you if it is cold.

Can I book group tickets?

Group ticket discounts are not available this year.

Will there be any programmes this year?

The Festival Programme can be downloaded here, or from any of the show event pages.

What discounts are available for students?

Unfortunately this year we are unable to provide discounts for students or concessions. For The Railway Children only, tickets for children under 11 are £10.

Can I bring children/are the shows family friendly?

Babes in arms are free, you will need to book separate tickets for any children who need their own seats. We recommend reading the description of the shows.

Can I take photos?

You are welcome to take photos before and after shows. Please do not take photos or videos during the productions.
