As a charity, we want to inspire, entertain, educate and collaborate with people from all backgrounds and ages. We want more people to get involved with live theatre and take advantage of our amazing volunteering opportunities. 

The Open Air Theatre Festival is a fantastic event to be a part of. By volunteering with us, you’ll get to make new friends, improve your skills and explore your interest for live theatre, whilst working in a welcoming and exciting environment. 

Whether you’ve been by our side for years or are brand new to the Festival, there’s a place for you on the team.

Our volunteer roles
