How do I book tickets?

Our box office is handled by our friends over at Ticketsource. The Box Office opens on the 1st March. Access the ticket page here.

Where are you based?

The festival is located in Sophia Gardens, Cardiff, past the National Express station and Pay and Display car park. We are easy to access using public transport, being located in the city centre.

We have a purpose-built, fully covered auditorium and festival courtyard.

What happens if it rains?

The auditorium is fully under-cover, so if it rains only the actors get wet! There may be some small alterations to the performances because of the weather, but the show will go on! We recommend checking the weather forecast prior to your visit as the ground may get wet or muddy. 

Any cancellations will be announced as early as possible on our website and social media.

What time does the festival site open?

The festival site opens an hour before each performance, where you can soak up the atmosphere in the Festival Courtyard.

Are seats numbered?

All seats in the auditorium are numbered, and are selected when booking your tickets.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Drinks and snacks are available from our Festival Courtyard bar. You can bring your own soft drinks.

What if it gets cold?

We recommend bringing a few layers as the weather can vary during the festival. We do have blankets available for hire.

Can I book group tickets?

Group ticket discounts are available.

Can I bring children/are the shows family friendly?

Babes in arms are free, you will need to book separate tickets for any children who need their own seats. We recommend reading the description of the shows.

Can I take photos?

You are welcome to take photos before and after shows in the auditorium. Please do not take photos or videos during the productions.
