Behind the Scenes

Behind the Scenes the Cardiff Open Air Theatre is organised and managed by a team of volunteers. Our teams work across every aspect of the festival.

Many of our members have been an integral part of the festival from its inception at Dyffryn Gardens and return year after year to enjoy the excitement, creativity and rewards involved with being part of such an event.

There’s an experienced Technical Team, professional Creative Team, Marketing Team and our welcoming Front of House and Hospitality Volunteers to name but a few.
